Environmental Status Assessment Studies
PGUM executes studies towards determination of environmental status and quality of undertaken project sites. For this purpose, preliminary PGUM determines environmental analysis needs of the project site. PGUM cooperates with laboratories which are certified by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. These analyses may include:
In line with the test results and other information collected at the site, PGUM prepares an “Environmental Status Assessment” report. This report provides objective information about the project site. These reports includes the following components:

Recommendations for enhancement of the environmental quality of the site and cost analysis for this purpose

Evaluation of the suitability of the project site and the intended land use purpose considering existing regulations and constraints

Air Emission Permit
Industrial facilities are liable for protect the air quality and to control the air pollution that they caused. In this scope, they are subject to “air emission permit” which is given by the MoEF. Operation Pernit
In the scope of the Labour Law (Nr: 4857) facilities has to take necessary measures on “Occupational Health and Safety” and to obtain the operation license to certify that. Please contact us for further information.
Water Discharge Permit
Industrial facilities are obligated to dispose their wastewater in a proper way, ensuring that it will not damage the nature and the environment.
