Our services in the field of environment can be detailed as follow;

Environmental Impact Assessment

PGUM is granted by the EIA Permit Nr: 80 issued by the Turkish Ministry of Environment. The companies who do not have this permit are not allowed to execute EIA studies in Turkey according to the Decree published in the Turkish Official Gazette, dated 17 July 2008 and No: 26939

PGUM completes  EIA Reports according to international guidelines. These reports ensure compliance with the latest Turkish regulations and therefore offer the highest credibility. They can be used as your major scientific and regulatory tools of environmental management and external relations in Turkey.

Air Emissions

PGUM, provides engineering and technical assistance towards to control atmospheric emissions resulting from the facilities that are under construction or already in operation.

Our work covers emission measurements, determination and mapping of the polluting sources, preparation of atmospheric emission reports and obtaining official approvals for these reports in order to receive the atmospheric emission permits for the operating plants and realize periodical internal controls.

PGUM, works and produces solutions together with well - known experts and private companies in "developing of engineering designs and implementations for clean burning/incineration technologies".

Solid Waste Management

PGUM, is one of the pioneer companies providing services in the field of solid waste management that are in-line with the scientific and technical improvements and the  state-of-the-art planning and technological concepts which are accepted in the developed world.

In Turkey, solid waste management work has started to become an important activity with the publication and enforcement of the Solid Waste Control Regulation of 14 March 1991. 

Our company is involved in several national and international projects in cities and province centers including Istanbul and Izmir Greater City Municipalities,  Zeytinburnu and  Trabzon municipalities, etc., in  the areas of waste reduction at the source, sanitary land filling, recovery & recycling, composting, energy production by incineration.

PGUM, provides the following services in the area of solid waste management:

- Preparation of feasibility reports for the planned solid waste management projects,
- Execute the necessary Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies for these facilities.
- Making environmental master plans and to realize their management and organizational structure.
- Providing design and engineering services for sanitary landfills, recovery & recycling sites, composting and incineration facilities together with the national and the international expert groups. 
- Collection scientific data for conducting statistical analysis and research on life-cycle of different packaging materials and development of projects on solid waste.

Water and Wastewater Management

PGUM, provides engineering and consulting services in the area of the preparation of process water and the treatment of the waste water resulting from the industrial and household activities characteristics.

Since the technical expertise goes hand -in- hand with the project management skills, PGUM's expertise has expanded to match as closely and as efficiently  as possible to the demands in the process water and wastewater treatment plants of its clients.
